The Republic of China Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has recently made an announcement regarding the extension of the Visa-free Entry Program for tourists. The program allows travelers from several countries to visit Taiwan without a visa, provided they meet certain conditions such as sufficient travel
funds and accommodation information.
These changes are aimed at strengthening bilateral exchanges and tourism in Taiwan after the pandemic. Aspiring visitors can now take the opportunity to observe Taiwan’s diverse cultures, explore must-see tourist destinations, and enjoy delightful local food. The simplification of visa regulations will make the process much easier, allowing tourists to spend more time enjoying their visit hassle-free.
